Returns

• Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
• All returns are at the customer’s expense, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

• A refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
• Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs where applicable.
