Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- You must notify us and receive written approval before returning any items.
- Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- All returns are at the customer’s expense, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Non-Returnable Items

- Custom-made or specially ordered products.
- Items that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- A refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
- Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs where applicable.
