Plumbing & Heating Centre installed underfloor heating in a new warehouse, including all underfloor pipework, flow and return lines, and two natural gas 37kW boilers.
At Plumbing & Heating Centre, we were pleased to deliver a complete underfloor heating system for a new warehouse build in Gisborne, including all in-slab pipework and flow/return lines to the plant room. The system is powered by two high-capacity 37kW natural gas boilers, which we installed and connected via a new gas line from the meter. Our team also commissioned the system to ensure optimal performance, working in coordination with other contractors for slab ducting and electrical connections.
This underfloor heating system was specifically designed to accelerate the curing process of Permacrete’s precast concrete products, such as retaining walls, water tanks, and troughs.
Working alongside the builder and other contractors, our team supplied and installed all underfloor pipework, flow and return lines, and commissioned the system to ensure optimal performance. The result is a comfortable, energy-efficient environment that supports productivity year-round.
